We're partnering with a respected aged care provider to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for a well-established care home in Cromwell. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Unit Coordinator, Senior Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator or Team Leader with New Zealand aged care experience who is ready to progress into a broader clinical leadership role.

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll work alongside an experienced Village Manager to lead the clinical team, ensure exceptional resident care, and foster a positive, supportive culture where both residents and staff thrive.

About the Role

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll be responsible for: - Leading and mentoring a dedicated clinical team - Ensuring high standards of resident-centred care - Supporting quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives - Overseeing clinical governance, documentation and auditing - Coaching and developing nursing staff - Working collaboratively with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team - Creating a positive team culture focused on compassion, respect and excellence

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from Registered Nurses who have: - Current NZ Registered Nurse APC - Previous experience in New Zealand aged care - Leadership experience as a Unit Coordinator, Clinical Coordinator, Senior RN or similar - Sound knowledge of aged care standards, audits and clinical governance - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well - The confidence to lead, inspire and develop others
