Project Manager / Client Relations Officer (BPO)

Core Responsibilities - Project Execution: Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and quality to meet stakeholder expectations. - Team Leadership: Lead technical teams, allocate resources, and facilitate project kickoff and coordination activities. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues. - Stakeholder Communication: Provide project updates, roadmaps, and change requests to stakeholders and leadership. - Process Improvement: Standardize project processes, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any business course. - With at least 2 years of working experience as a project manager. - Strong entrepreneurial mindset. - Expertise in project management and planning. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage schedules, resources, and project progress. - Strong client relationship and satisfaction management. - Skilled in risk identification and mitigation. - Experienced in project reporting and documentation. - Ability to present project status, outcomes, and deliverables effectively

Work location/Set-up: Mandaluyong- 3 days on-site 2 days WFH

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
