About The Role We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Raunheim. This full-time position is pivotal in driving our recruitment activities and personnel planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding, specifically within our production and logistics divisions, as well as temporary staffing services. Additionally, the role involves acquiring new clients for temporary staffing solutions, maintaining existing customer relationships, and expanding our talent network. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a commercial qualification, such as an apprenticeship or a degree in fields like Human Resource Management or related disciplines. Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or personnel management is highly desirable, though candidates with alternative backgrounds or career changers are encouraged to apply. Travel readiness to visit our various locations and clients is essential. Strong enthusiasm for talent sourcing, coupled with an intuitive understanding of people, is key to success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate a structured, results-oriented work approach, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Softgarden or Recruitee, along with resilience and adaptability, will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities include executing comprehensive recruitment activities for production, logistics, and temporary staffing roles. This involves sourcing suitable candidates, managing the applicant database, and maintaining a talent pool for future needs. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients for temporary staffing services, nurturing existing customer relationships, and expanding our business network. Preparing tailored offers, profiles, and employment contracts forms a core part of your duties. You will also handle the scheduling and dispatching of personnel to various operational sites, ensuring optimal staffing levels. Effective communication with employees, internal departments, clients, and applicants is crucial for seamless operations. Additionally, maintaining accurate records within our applicant tracking system and contributing to process improvements will be expected from you.
