California Privacy Rights Notice

1. Scope

This notice applies to California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

This California-specific notice does not apply to residents outside California.

Terms such as "personal information," "sensitive personal information," "sale," and "sharing" have the meanings provided by California law.

2. Your Rights

  • Right to know/access: request categories and specific pieces of personal information, sources, business/commercial purposes, and recipient categories.
  • Right to delete: request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain.
  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing: direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
  • Right to limit use/disclosure of SPI: limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
  • Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Rights may be subject to verification and statutory exceptions. Requests to opt out of sale/sharing are processed without requiring account verification where required by law.
