About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple positions simultaneously across IT and Non-IT functions, handling both lateral and bulk hiring requirements, and driving the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across various levels and functions. - Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely closures. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Drive lateral hiring initiatives for individual contributor and mid-level roles. - Execute bulk hiring drives for operations, support, sales, customer service, and other business functions. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Manage candidate engagement, offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination. - Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS/HRMS records, and hiring reports. - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience. - Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. - Strong exposure to lateral and bulk hiring. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms. - Strong stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills. - Excellent communication and interviewing skills. - Experience with ATS, HRMS, or recruitment tracking systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
