About The Role We are seeking a skilled SAP SmartRecruiters Consultant to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring SmartRecruiters within complex organizational structures. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of the platform. The SAP SmartRecruiters Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, from requirement gathering to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring that the recruitment system aligns with organizational goals and best practices.
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters implementation, configuration, and support. - Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition workflows. - Experience working with system integrations, including API configurations and working alongside technical teams. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. - Experience working with global or regional HR teams and stakeholders is highly desirable. - Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or other HR systems, along with experience supporting multi-country recruitment rollouts, will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities - Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SmartRecruiters across various recruitment modules, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed recruitment needs and translate them into system configurations and workflows. - Design and configure requisition workflows, hiring stages, approval processes, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle management modules. - Support integration efforts between SmartRecruiters and other HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, background check vendors, and job boards to streamline recruitment processes. - Assist with data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, and transfer to ensure data integrity. - Set up reporting dashboards, configure analytics, and support reporting requirements to provide actionable insights. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve defects, and support go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. - Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system stabilization to maximize platform efficiency. - Offer functional advisory and best-practice guidance to HR and business teams to optimize recruitment workflows and system usage.
