🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and partner with hiring managers to attract and retain high-performing professionals.

πŸš€ Key Responsibilities

β€’ Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition and recruitment team

β€’ Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives

β€’ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination

β€’ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities

β€’ Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen market presence

β€’ Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze hiring performance to drive continuous improvement

β€’ Oversee job postings, candidate communications, and applicant tracking system (ATS) processes

β€’ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

β€’ Stay updated on labor market trends, recruitment technologies, and talent acquisition best practices

βœ… Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred

β€’ 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles

β€’ 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred

β€’ Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods

β€’ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms

β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

β€’ Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities

β€’ Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and priorities simultaneously

β€’ Knowledge of employment practices and recruitment compliance standards

β€’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
