UI/UX Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a creative and user-centered UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for understanding user needs, translating requirements into thoughtful design solutions, and ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to research, design, prototype, and refine user interfaces. This position requires strong visual design skills, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. - Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. - Design high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy. - Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive design solutions. - Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data. - Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user experience across all platforms. - Optimize user interfaces for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness. - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design. - Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders. - Support continuous improvement of product experience through data-driven design decisions. - Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and fidelity.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across digital products. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. - Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform usability. - Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. - Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to interpret user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
